Right to Cancel

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your license at any time before your next billing date. After cancellation, you will not be charged again but will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid license period.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service provided, we do not offer refunds once payment has been confirmed. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your contracted license period.

Access After Cancellation

After canceling automatic renewal, you will continue to have platform access until the end of your paid license period (30 days, 6 months, or 1 year).

To cancel your license renewal, visit your user area and select the “Cancel Automatic Renewal” option or contact our support team through the available channels.
